First coyote with new 6br barrel.

Hi guys
Shot this female at 260 yrds...the other morning.
I have been hunting over some deer scraps for the last 3 weeks and finally it paid off. Bait was at 280 yrds on a field edge.
Using my new 6br barrel 26" 10 twist 1" straight. It definitely is not bullet picky but I'm starting out with a 65g vmax at 3550. She moved forward a bit and adjust for the yardage.. no exit so great result.

what model savage is that? and stock?

That is a Savage single shot LRPV it still has the original HS precision.
I have worn out the original 12 twist and installed a new 10 twist.

It has always been a good shooter from day one. I believe I bought it back in the early 90's.

Great rifle there. that stock really helps.
