Fireforming 6BRX or Dasher brass from used Lapua

Am I at risk of loosing a lot of cases if I fire-form used Lapua brass?

I am contemplating my next 6mm varmint project. My current 14" twist 6BR has over 6,500 rounds and even though it's still punching 1s and 2s, I have rebarrel with at least a 12" twist to handle the longer non-toxic bullets for Califronia. I have 600 pieces of terrific Lapua Brass that has 10 or 11 firings each. I fully expected to get another 10-15+ firings (as I always did with my 6PPC Brass that was worked minimally due to custom sizing dies...just as I have with my 6BR). However, I was thinking about stepping up to a Dasher or 6 BRX for a little extra punch, but I have a feeling I could be at risk of losing a lot of cases. Maybe it would help if I anneal before fireforming?

I suppose I could find a gunsmith that has a Dasher or BRX fireforming barrel that could "test fireform" a dozed pieces of brass and see what happens.

Thanks! I don't have the disposable income I once did, and would rather not have to buy new Lapua brass just yet...also rather not have to buy new dies, which is where the BRX sounds attractive.

RAG,
I can't say you won't have problems but what I can say is I didn't have any problems fireforming many times fired 6br to 6brx, I just annealed after I was done and am still using it, I also reformed 6brx to 6 dasher with no problems, you may have a good idea though to anneal before attempting to ff and maybe after as well, best of luck.

That's good to know, on the brass and the Reamer. I have a lot to figure out. Mostly I need to figure out if the Nosler 55grain Lead-Free bullets will fly straight in most quality set-ups before I build a barrel around this bullet. I can't find anyone that's tried this bullet...but I suppose I wouldn't even be contemplating it if it weren't for the fact most of my varmint shooting is done in a lead-free zone. It's nearly as long as a 75 or 80 grain lead bullet, so the freebore will have to be selected carefully.
