Fired Case Neck Expansion

I have a Shilen rifle barrel with a .255 Neck. Loaded rounds (22-6MM) in Winchester brass measure .250NK. A fired case measures .253 NK. Should the fired case measure closer to the .255 neck diameter? I believe if I went to Remington 6MM brass (thicker) I would get closer to the .255 number. I chose the .255 NK over the .250 NK barrel as I did not want to neck turn the brass. This is a hunting rifle with a #4 sporter barrel. When fireforming the brass, one load grouped three bullets in .547" at 100 yards. Thank you for your help.

Add in a little for spring back & it looks Ok for a hunting rifle. Some light loads with slow powder may not expand the neck fully. You dont want to tight of a neck fit like here, http://forum.accurateshooter.com/index.php?topic=3788024.new#new Hard bolt lift.
