Firearms trust lawyer

I used the company which was recomended by the people I am getting my suppressor from......199trust.com. I hope it works, as I just started the process. I think it was $79.00.

A lot of local chief law enforcement officers will not sign off on form 4's. I know that's the issue here in WA state. I used CLEO sign off to get my SBR in Oregon, but a trust to get my suppressor when i moved to WA. Also a trust allows a lot more latitude as to who can use your suppressor and when, via co-trustees. And some trust allow for estate planning of NFA items.

What Mason O said. I'm lucky, my sheriff signs off, but the whole process is a lot easier AND more flexible, as Mason points out, and that flexibility can be a real advantage. I've done 3 "the hard way"; we've wised up and will start a trust from now on.
