fire forming nickel brass

I have a couple questions, but first, some details.I just bought some 243 wssm loaded ammo that is nickel coated .my plan is to pull the bullets, dump the powder and try to fire form with bullseye and plug with poly fill. I am trying to open up the neck to.358. I realize I still may have to run a.308 and a358 expander plug through .how much bullseye should I use? Also was wandering if the nickel coating is going to chip off the neck? I usually use standard 25 wssm brass but can't get any at the moment. If you must know why its because this is for an indiana deer leagal rifle. I've also heard that the nickel coated is more consistant than standard wssm brass. I had to send 40 pieces out of a hundo back to winchester because of horrible primer pockets. Any experience necking up/ fireforming nickel? Thank you!

Try about 12% of the H2O capacity along with your filler and see what happens to the brass. The load should not give any trouble but I have no idea what will happen with the nickel plating.
