Fire form help needed

I would like to use the cream of wheat method to fire form my 17 fireball brass.
How do I know what powder to use and how much?
Any recipes would be help full
Thanks

What caliber brass are you wanting to fire form???? I can think of no round that would make sense using cream of wheat to fire form.

I am using 221 fireball brass and necking it down for 17 fire ball..I'm having some issues. I have a new barrel so in the sake of barrel life I wanted to try fire forming the brass to iron it out before reloading..
It doesn't need much but I wanted to try it . I'm just not sure what pistol powder I should use, and how much to start with for such a small case..
