Fiocchi .223 Brass

Anyone have any problems reloading Fiocchi .223 Brass. I am having trouble seating new primers. It seems the primer pocket may be a little small. Also the flash hole are off center on about 35% of the brass. Any help appreciated. Also the primers are not crimped.

The ones I had were crimped-- It is hard to see though-- not like the old Winchesters--where the crimp is pronounced--try a chamerf tool and then try to re-seat

I used the tool and now the primers go right in. Thanks for the tip.
