Just got my barrel back and got to the range to shoot it. Have not shot in almost 2 months


Decided to go out and shoot ladder test at 600 yards using a new powder. This is a 308 win with a 22" barrel

Here is the first round of ladder test that shows the low node


Here is the low node repeated on the second round ladder test



Here is the high node



It appears the low node really has potential as it repeated itself. The ammount of vertical and the actual group size of 3 shots which are all different loads show it is promising

Do you agree I should pick the low node and run with it and work on seating depth test?

Go with the seating depth.At 600 under a half minute of angle is pretty darn good to me.

Looks to be a shooter,good luck with it.I assume this is for ftr comp. so may I ask why a 22" barrel.
