Been shooting mostly at 30-40 degrees for months, finally today 60. Had some loads ready and had great accuracy and low SDs. Powders in use were hogdon 4350, 4831SC, and r15.
I have heard stories from Northern and Colorado shooters coming back from the Berger match that their loads went hot in AZ weather and lost accuracy......
What do you do from here for summer matches where temps are 80-90s? At times there is a 30 degree variance in one day between am and pm. Special custom loads for those matches? Do you adjust for forecasted temps using the powders temp factor?
