Filler for action mag cut out

Have a M700 SA. Want to make it a single shot and build a 30 BR. Does anybody know who makes a filler piece for the cutout in the action where the mag was? I hear there is a aluminum piece that just snaps in. Then when I bed it, it will be one with the reciever/stock. Well that's my therory anyway.
