Feeling a lot down today, just like all times as a kid I would open my Christmas presents or birthday presents and find that 1 toy I really wanted was all ready broken in the packaging. Now you would think that being 53 years old and this happening often I would be used to it.....it still hurts.
Being thrifty & liking projects I copped on to a barrel action for a US rifle caliber 30 model of 1917 .....so it has sat I the back of the safe while I saved my pennies and dimes. Finally I found an entire rifle kit, torch cut receiver, but entire rifle $325 plus like $25 shipping. Ok ordered said kit from Las Vegas retailer evertgunpart .com , got my parts 5 days later, opened the box, the receiver bridge at the barrel is stamped ERA, (not good) British proof marks on the barrel (not good) .....opened the packaging just a bit to , my 30-06 go gauge will not fit(final nail in the coffin) these people sent me a P14 enfeild........so now I feel like that 8 year old on Christmas morning who has a broken toy ........just feeling very down........
I did send the company 3 very detailed emails, pointing out the differences and asking for a full refund, I guess Monday afternoon I will dispute the charges if there not willing to be responsible and confess to opps we made a mistake.
