Feeding Concerns...Changing Rem 700 .308/.243 rifles to Creedmoors

I have converted both a Remington 700 .308 BDL and a .243 ADL that have been converted to 6.5 and 6 Creedmoors respectively. However, both are having issues with the first (top) round being fed when the magbox is loaded up with 4 rounds. The bolt wants to ride over the first round to be chambered. Due to the Creed cases having less taper, the case wants to rock in the magbox just below the shoulder.

For those that have fixed this issue, how did you do it? I'd like to stay with the internal BDL/ADL magboxes as these are hunting rifles. However, if they don't feed 100%, they won't get used.
