I guess I've been out of touch because I don't need primers until I'm about 150 years old, but I was just surfing the Powder Valley website and they are selling a brick of 205M's for 80 bucks! Damn I'm glad I bought a ton on them years ago when they were 34 and change. Those prices are on the verge of Gunbroker prices.

$75 - 80 is best I've seen. Prices are coming down. At least they are avaiable at all.

They may be coming down, but Powder Valley is out of primers.

FWIW Last weekend's local gun show, I saw primers from 110-150/ brick. NO buyers.

I’ll figure it out. I just refuse to pay the stupid prices that are prevalent at the moment. Don’t get me wrong. I’m all about capitalism. Power to those who are profiting greatly. I’m also about keeping track of who I will do business with moving forward. If I think your prices are out of line I won’t buy, which pretty much explains why I’m down to 500, 205M’s. As the customer, I also have a say in capitalism. There are a couple companies that will never see another penny from me.

That is exactly were I'm at!! I have enough to get me through the Nationals and then I'm done, I do have some BR4s but that is a whole load development check, hopefully it'll work out to be the same .............. or better! but I'm not usually that lucky.

Use 205M's in one of my BR rifles. Just got some 205MAR's from a local fellow. Checked and think they are the same as the 205M's in compound with a thicker cup.

Read there is no difference and load change needed to make the switch. Just something to consider.
