FDC bolt handle disassy

I have an F. D. C. rig that I bought used. The bolt handle is a bit loose and sent it off to be welded. "Any idea how this one comes apart" is the welder's question. I haven't the foggiest idea.

Anyone?

TIA

Firearms Developement Corp iirc. A bud of mine says they were one of the strongest actions ever built.

Doesn't answer the OP question but does shed a little light on the subject. I've only ever seen 1 Poff action. It was hell for stout, I'll say that.

I just heard back from my smith and he said it was same as a Remmie. He got'er done w/no loss of blue. He said the rear of the lugs were cut at a 45° angle. Odd and very beefy was his take on it.

He too tried to Goog it up and had no more success than what was posted here.

I appreciate the efforts guys.
