Got my first 6ppc a few days ago and ordered some ‘custom’ bullets to go with it. After fire forming with some cheap Sierra bullets I got out these expensive bullets and started measuring and weighing. Measurements were very consistent however these things are fat. .2446 give or take a tenth. All other 6mm bullets i have are between .2430 and .2436. Lapua are the skinniest at .2430 and all others including Berger, Hornady, Sierra, Nosler, and Barnes are all close to .2435.
Is this normal? Are they good to go?
