Fair pair....

I took all of October off as usual for Antelope, p-dogs & coyotes (those 2 of which I do year round) visiting my son, adding 2 rooms in the basement, free time to relax out hunting.
Antelope on the 5th coming fast.

Hit another ranch that called to say come & remove those coyotes.
The 1st one was a mangy old male that was well feed, big & fat.
Right at the 14 min mark & about ready to move when I finally saw a hot spot coming in fast from about 800 yards out. I swing my sticks & AR to be ready down wind just a tad and the few seconds it took to do that he was standing broadside at maybe 70 yards making its down breeze circle. Thwaaap, dropped on the spot.
I wait a minute then gather my goods up walk over to it and was about tp snap a picture when I hear another coyote over a crest we were behind barking like mad. More like "Honey where are you barks".
I leave it, fast walk to the other side about 90 yards, set up fast and start calling. Right at 3 min I was scanning to my right and see to a coyote sitting facing me at about 60 yards. It popped up out of the drainage. Darn I swing to it and the remote slides off my leg and it heard that and starts to trot off....Woof I say, it stops and thwaap it drops.
She was a nicely furred, big female.
Both dropped within 100 yards of each other.
I drag her to him and finish my photo & head home
Two times out with the Fox Pro Banshee = 3 coyotes taken.
My Shockwave was ridding in the truck crying as I didn't use it again.
MMR AR15, .223, 55g vmax, suppressed, D740 3rd gen scope.

I can't even begin to say how envious I am. You are living the life. Congrats.
