Is it okay to sale and ship factory ammo?

It is legal to ship ammunition to most people in most places in the contiguous 48 states but there are state and local exceptions like, for some weird reason, the town of Annapolis, MD.
The toughest part is getting it in the hands of the carrier (in my case UPS). The UPS Store, Staples, and the like won't accept it and there aren't all that many UPS Customer Centers and their hours tend to be weird like 4-7 PM only. If you have a UPS account you can request a pickup when you print the label. It was $10 for the driver to come by for the last stuff I shipped and my 4Runner won't make it 35 miles to the UPS center and back for that. If you have a first name kind of relationship with someone with a business that has daily UPS pickup they might be willing to let you put your stuff in with their outgoing shipments. When I was in PA the local pharmacist was a fishing buddy so I just dropped my packages off at the drug store.
You really want to open a UPS account even if you only ship one order. The discount is over 50% and it makes shipping a whole lot easier.

I was once shipping a case of Tenex to a Buddy. Had my ORM D, all labels, and took it to my local UPS Store. The woman working the counter inquired as to what it was. I told her, loaded ammo. She said to give her a minute as she walked to the back. 15 minutes later the local Township Police arrived on scene and demanded I leave. Great. Brian.
