F-TR 223 FREEBORE- 90gr Berger?

Getting ready to build a 223 for F-TR. Rifle will be single shot so oal wont matter. I talked to Dave Kiff today and he said I need the Scott Brabec reamer which has .186 freebore. I will be shooting the Berger 90gr VLD. I have read that most F-TR 223 shooters running this bullet are running .200 freebore. I would like the neck full and only boattail in shoulder to get most out of this little case. What are you running?

I can't put a number on the "freebore" as it was set up (throated) using Lapua Match brass trimmed to 1.750" and ogive of 2.2250", leaving roughly .074-.076" bearing surface in the neck.
