Jim, If my understanding is correct it is 10kg / 22lbs.

Depends on which subclass you're shooting in.

F-T/R,target rifle) - About 18 lbs. Rifle MUST be a .308 or .223, and the only front rest allowed is a bipod. Or a shooting jacket and sling. Anything attached to the rifle when shooting is included in the weight.

F-O,Open) - 22 lbs. Rifle may be chambered for any caliber, and front rest may be anything man portable - this rest does not need to be attached to the rifle. Again, anything attached to the rifle when firing is included in the weight.

For f open, it’s 22 lbs including everything that attaches to the rifle….scope, mirage shield, rain gear, etc. does not include the front rest or rear bag.

You are correct. 7.5kg didn't make much sense, but 8.25kg is much more logical.
