F-Class Worlds & Nationals Equipment Listing

Its unfortunate there was a slight error with one load BUT posting actual loads is what makes this site worth while!!! Half of this site is load data and you can save a lot of bullets and powder by doing some balanced research and applying some due diligence!

there are a lot of forward thinking people playing with some new calibers on this site . . . . . Where do you go to get actual load data for wildcats or calibers that havent even made it to a loading manual yet??? 6mmbr.com thats where and I hope it stays that way.

AusFClass I agree with you but suggest that removing actual load charge weights used will cause prudent forum members to post requests for assistance or info here.

The idea is to put some distance between potentially dangerous info and those who may unwittingly use it with little thought to the consequences. Most of us here don't fall under such a label but we all need to exercise "due diligence" as you put it & leaving out this info is a small step in that direction.

yeah I knowwwww and your rite but to quote a song

"Like cable with all the porn channels blocked out" :'(

I agree load weights should not be listed just type
I have several 284 chambered barrels and they are all different Grapevine reloading can be potentially dangerous as some ppl jam some jump and chamber dimensions can vary somewhat anyone assuming that what works for one will work for others needs a reality check
When I tested my Aus load against the USA equivalent powder I had to reduce my load by 2 grains if I was at the upper end that may have been disastrous.

Richard :)

P.S. thanx SPCLARK the info is interesting & useful

This website lists loads for 223, 6mm, 308 etc... Many of them show pressure signs in some of my barrels. Many are over book max. Many are over QuickLoad max.

Why the concern for publishing loads with the usual caveats?

Spclark,

I took your lists and compiled them into the attached spreadsheet that shows how many of what were used in each class as well as totals for the items that crossed over such as actions, barrels, and bullets. There are a couple of halves listed. There were a couple that listed two powders or two bullets so I gave each half credit. I thought this might be interesting to those contemplating a build to show what is most popular among competitors. I did not try to weigh any of this with how each responder placed at the match, but that could be interesting as well.

Keith
