F-Class TR gunsmith?

I'm looking for a gunsmith for my TR 308 build on my 700 action. I am in eastern North Carolina and would love to find a gunsmith within driving distance. But I would rather ship it and assure I am having the best work done. Looking to have the action blueprinted and rebarreled with my Bartlien blank. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. I have found plenty I like, but just can't decide on one.

Give Chris Matthews of Longshot Rifles a ring. He's a contributer to AS as well as he and his wife are hunters and 1k BR shooters. He KNOWS how to build an accurate rifle.
