F Class Open - Trigger weight poll

Hello

For background, I'll be shooting 600 mid range prone, looking to max out rifle weight for f class open. Caliber will be a 6 dasher.

I'm in between the 1.5-3.0 ounce Jewell trigger and the 1.5 ounce to 1.5 pound trigger. My gut tells me to go with the BR, just because the short adjustment range, in my mind will provide a solid trigger vs going with a trigger that has much more adjustment

Anyway. With that just polling fellow F Class shooters for trigger pull weights. I shot a 3 oz trigger in the past. Kind of a modified free recoil. I had gun pressure but it was light. If I was not concentrating I had a tendency to slap the trigger a bit

What's other folks pull weights? Shooting style.? Just looking to fill out my build. Getting close

I had to swap triggers in a emergency from 3oz to a 11oz and it didn't bother me at all. Both were crisp triggers and I didn't have any problems with the transition.

Thanks guys, seems to be a general concensus regarding pull weights. I was shooting 3oz, and loved it, I just recieved some input from a fellow shooter with much more experience.

His gun actually went down with 4 rounds left, I loaned him mine to finish course, he said a pound was minimum, and mine was too light. Could have been the 4 7's he printed with my gun too.

I'm shooting a jewell set at 18oz in a sporting rifle and feel thats about the min for a hunting rifle, at least for me.

Really just trying to figure which trigger to buy, given the feedback, I'm going to move forward with the 1.5-3 oz. Thats what I wanted originally, going to stick with my plan!
