F class nationals

Does anyone know the answers to these questions?

-How do you regiser for the f class nationals this year?
-How many slots are there since it is being thrown into the end of Camp Perry this year?
-Who is the sanctioning body that determines where the event will be held each year?
-How long is the event and is there a program available?

John you might get faster answers putting your questions to the LR forum over at USRIFLETEAMS.COM.

I thought the Nats this year were after Spirit of America at Raton this year? So far it's been rotated across Raton NM, Sacramento, CA and Lodi, WI I think.
