Eyes, wind or barrel

6BRX Brux 1.85 twist. Unknown round count. Loaded up test loads with N140/108BT and 4407ssc (good lot)/ 105BT in .2 grain increases. Wind was 12 out of 3 to 5 until last two groups where it increased to 14 with 20 mph gust and sometimes reversing direction followed by rain.
Shooting glasses fogged sometime in the test and I went back to trifocals. But cannot remember exact point I changed. Fired 43 rounds in 4 hours.
4407ssc shot high one's and low two's the whole way through. 4 shot 100 yards. N140 was doing the same until my last two groups. First two shots are dead center but the third dropped .332 straight below the first two. Fired a 4th that went same hole as the 3rd. Low. Barrel was warm to the touch but not hot. Waited 3 minutes and the next group was the same.1,2 good,3,4 low. Cloudy and the wind got bad my last two groups and I would wait till my little flag dropped to fire.Got a little barrel mirage when the flag dropped. So I don't know, is it trifocals playing tricks ,wind, mirage or barrel is on the way out. Probably should try it again under better conditions, before asking.

use more powder,,,Roger
Maybe you are correct. I think I'm going to run with the 4407. Better velocity and more consistent for me. I have enough to shoot out two barrels.
I noticed the loaded ammo with 106 grain bullets I was given with the rifle had 33.2 g of Varget. I've been using 32.2 of RE-15 and N140.
