extremely small group

Was talking to friend yesterday and was trying to describe a extreme small group that I saw here by a 22 if I remember right .But my searchs for that topic have came up empty . If anyone knows where it is that would be nice, for this person wouldn`t believe that you could have almost all of them in the same hole .Thank you in advance

When I put that in my browswer it says "account temporarily disabled".

Hopefully jwv2001 can repost it on another host. I suggest www.tinypic.com . Very fast, and you don't have to register.

Here is the picture of my best group with my Cooper M21 MTV in 223 Ackley Improved. As you can tell by the target my load used H322 26.5 gr, with a 50 gr. Hornady Vmax. This rifle is a 1/4" day in and day out shooter. This rifle has had literally thousands of rounds through it and continues to shoot. I am amazed by it and the accuracy of the Vmax bullets.

Thank you sir that is the group I believe I saw before .I`ve printed it off so I can say " see see".The whole conversation got going when I was describing my group with my stock factory 243 and then escalated into the almost one hole group.Thats a dime

doemaster - would like to know more about your rifle that shot those groups?
Thanks
Glenn

First of all let me say that I am a fan of Cooper rifles. This M21 MTV was my 1st of 3, soon to be 1st of 4 Coopers. I also have a M22 MTV in 6mmBR and a M57M LTV in 22LR. My next will be a M38 Custom Classic in 221 Fireball. I mainly use the rifles to shoot ground squirrels and prairie dogs but have used the 223 AI on a bunch of coyotes.
The scope on the rifle is a Leupold 6.5-20 EFR Target that has been power boosted by Premier to 14.5-35. My rifle has a 14" twist barrel and really likes 50 gr. bullets at about 3400 fps. I've stuck with the Vmax because they shoot so well but I have shot cheap Midway Dogtown bullets at squirrels with little loss in accuracy. The Dogtown bullets are well within MOA about 1/2-3/4".

Bglen it is your normal stock 243 win. model 700 with a heavy barrel .As you see it was with 68gr. flatbase bullet pushed by 37.7 of varget .I just got this gun back from the gunsmith for when I bought it used it was a 6 rem. but the throat was eroded so bad I couldn`t get the bullets to touch . So he offered a used 243 barrel he had kicking around from another persons rifle.I haven`t had a chance yet to work on a load . This was blind luck .
