Extending The Chambe On A 204

Has anybody opened up the chamber on their 204 so you can seat the bullets in the neck of the brass. I read in the book from Todd Kinder that is what he recommends. I would like to get some feedback if anybody has done this and what were the results.

Most factory 204R barrels have very long throats making it hard to reach the lands.

If you're going to do that much work, rechamber to 20 VarTarg or 20 Practical. Much better cartridges IMHO.
