Expierence with X-Caliber barrels today

I ordered three barrels a while back maybe 7 months or so ago. I'm in no hurry to get them chambered due to lack of finances at that time. Two of the three barrels arrived just a few weeks after ordering them and the third never arrived. Well I called X-Caliber barrels today and left a message and within 30 minutes I had a call back from the manager....A guy named Rob Sutton. Calling Rob Sutton a true professional is an understatement. I thought I would have to dig through old records...which I am horrible at keeping when it comes to my own....to prove that I paid for all three barrels. All Rob said was what did you order? I could here him pecking on the computer for a minute....and he said it'll be there in two to three weeks and if it isn't call me....I said that's it?..yep that's it. I am very surprised at the level of trust and would not have blamed HIM for MY lack of organization of my own orders that haven't arrived. Not only did Rob immediately handle the situation but I asked him if I could order another barrel while I had him on the phone. I placed my order and while he was finishing up typing it out he gave me a 35% discount for the troubles with the 6.5 barrel that hadn't shown up yet. Needles to say this will not be my last order from X-Caliber barrels. Not much else to say except thank you Rob Sutton for your outstanding professionalism and your work ethic that goes far beyond any expectations. Now off to get the other barrels chambered. If they shoot anywhere near as good as X-Caliber conducts business then Ill be pretty darn excited. Thanks again Rob

UPDATE ON BARRELS

I received a call from Rob at X-Caliber barrels and my barrels that were supposed to arrive in two to three weeks will be here in 72 HOURS....He called about 5 Minutes ago and the barrels are already in the mail and on the with a tracking number. Man it doesn't get much better than that.

dennisinaz do a search on here please if you are serious about your question.....for 120.00 ill take a chance for a nice hunting barrel. Even the big names let some lemons loose once in a while. I'm not expecting a world record setting hummer of a barrel for 120.00 brother. The fact that the customer service is this good is just a bonus.

That is the price for a plain blank. I think there still in there promotional get the name out mode.

Yes, they are quite a bit more than that if you get extra length & a contour, but the 2 I have up & running are very good with almost no fouling. Break-in was instantaneous almost. Will order more as needed. Service is very good, too, as was said.

I just sighted in my 6slr ar10 that I chambered with a xcaliber barrel. Very good quality , very accurate as well. I also noticed when dialing in the barrel on my lathe how very little variation in bore diameter there was. I will be ordering more.
