I can't buy into the popular but unfounded primer availablity conspiracy beliefs that many individuals attempt to promote. However, if that's the same video that I saw a month or two ago, it really provides no worthwhile information about this company's primers. So much is left unsaid it makes one wonder if these primers will ever really be available.

I watched a small series of YT videos by a guy that got a sample of the first run from his friend.

The packaging was marked for commercial use, and it has to be emphasized these were early samples, sent out for evaluations.

The short story is he gets failures in several handguns. As far as I can tell the guy is being objective and his guns were in good working order which was demonstrated on other ammo.

I completely agree. He's just a guy doing what he's doing with no hidden agenda.

I've talked with the distributor that gave him the samples. This distributor is one of the people who made some investment in Expansion primers when they first started.
FWIW, he has been saying the primers would be available Spring 2023 all along.
