Exesive pressure from to much crimping !

OK, to clarify,
hodgdon have data for v-max for the 60gr. not the 55 gr. I use that data starting slowly watching for any pressure sign since you some time can use the next wheight bullet.

The case was trim and clean ultrasonic before reloading.

That was with sierra bullets since this is what i had.

Also i set more crimping then the sierra, yes my mistake.

When pull the bullets out , i reload back without crimping that time and no styky bolt and pressure sign even at max load.

But group worse then the sierra, dont know but maybe du to use the same case that has the crimp on it. Will see next time when reload with other case.

If you're loading so hot the crimp is the problem , maybe take it to a lower node.... Also try some imperial dry neck lube....

Have you tried crimping less?

The crimping die moves up or down 0.072" per turn.. perhaps 1/2 of what you've been using?

Will do the next without the crimping, if not that bad , will try with very light crimping to see if some improvment.

I try from start to max and sée where is better. Not necerly hot, but Just the best combination of powder bullet and my barrel i can do
