Euro-Optics Customer Service is Five Star

Finding a company that really takes customer service seriously can be hard to come by these days, but... I have to take my hat off to the great folks at Euro Optics for there outstanding customer support, I received a order this morning, with a very small issue, just thought I would let them know, they were on it and went above and beyond, great people!!

Those guys are the best. Very knowledgeable and they care about thier customers. I’ve been buying from them for over eight years and have never been disappointed.

I didn`t want to start a new thread because there is already one right here for Euro Optic Customer Service.

Very recent dealings with them, their Customer Service is 100% TOP NOTCH!!!
The folks there, SUPER NICE, and they go way above an beyond for their customer`s!

Couldn't agree more. Helpful in all respects and they actually answer the phone with no run around, just excellent service.

I use them more then most, and last time, I drove over. Discount for
being a vet and another discount for paying in cash......For those that
don't know......"Scope List" is the same company. Sort of like same pants
but different pockets.

I've almost always had fantastic service from Euro. Once, they gave me an issue about something, and I was a little taken aback, just because of the level of service I had received in the past. A few minutes later I got an email that the person I spoke to had talked to their supervisor and everything was going to be taken care of.
