ShootDots said:I can tell you this. If F-Class started putting together an equipment list, it would generally look like this:
1.) Panda F-Class action, or some model of B.A.T. action or a "worked-over" Remington.
2.) Krieger, Bartlein or Brux barrels
3.) NightForce Scope
4.) Depending on F-T/R (.308 / .223) or Open: Any caliber (I believe .338 or less) >> Most would be "some form" of a .284, a 6.5 x 47 or Dasher.
That list would accommodate probably 75 pct. of everyone on the line..
Obviously in Open, there would be other cartridges>>but like I said, MOST would fall into those categories..

That's all you're allowed to shoot in F-TR
Are you saying that if I put down that I was shooting a 6.5 Carcano, you wouldn't believe me? I wouldn't believe me either! I would however consider a 7mm Mauser for midrange.johara1 said:Don't believe everything you read, so why bother……. i think this is what they are thinking…..jim
