Equipment list for F and F TR class

How come you never see any equipment list for these types of matches? I know there isn't anywhere on the NRA registration forms. Maybe a separate sheet for the competitors. Or is it just a IBS and NBRSA thing?

Don't believe everything you read, so why bother……. i think this is what they are thinking…..jim

This was a pretty decent attempt to get one put together.

Some matches ask for it because the sponsors inquire about it. They may send it on to the sponsors, but they don't seem to publish it anywhere else.

I can tell you this. If F-Class started putting together an equipment list, it would generally look like this:

1.) Panda F-Class action, or some model of B.A.T. action or a "worked-over" Remington.

2.) Krieger, Bartlein or Brux barrels

3.) NightForce Scope

4.) Depending on F-T/R (.308 / .223) or Open: Any caliber (I believe .338 or less) >> Most would be "some form" of a .284, a 6.5 x 47 or Dasher.

That list would accommodate probably 75 pct. of everyone on the line..

Obviously in Open, there would be other cartridges>>but like I said, MOST would fall into those categories..

Are you saying that if I put down that I was shooting a 6.5 Carcano, you wouldn't believe me? I wouldn't believe me either! I would however consider a 7mm Mauser for midrange.
