EP Integrations case feeder

Just received an email from them that they have now added the use of the Dillion Case feeder to their annealer!

I have been looking to purchase one of their units as my annealing needs are small and this machine looks like it will add consistency.

The feeder won't add any consistency, but instead a more hands-off process. I've used an EP annealer and it's plenty consistent. Nice machine, in my opinion. Any inconsistency is from the way the user sets up the torch: Positioning, flame intensity and how much the flame varies with pressure changes.

Personally, I wouldn't leave a flame annealer unattended, especially one that doesn't have the torch head attached to the annealer.

Sorry if I implied a confusion. The consistency comment was meant to refer to my hand-held practice compared to a machine run operation. Not that the feeder was going to ad consistency. For the 50-100 pcs that I do at a sitting the case feeder adds nothing but another machine.

Agree 100% with not leaving a flame unattended.
