Entris scale help

When I said I purchased a power supply I meant UPS. I got one with a line conditioner.
Did not make a difference. I have a 3m anti static mat and 3m anti stati spray plus dryer sheets. The mat and myself both being grounded. I don't use an omega. I use tweezers and always close the glass.

Nothing has mattered. The scale moves anywhere from 0.014 to -0.012. It takes a long time to settle. Honestly it's no better than my old gem pro.

First of all, going to a special line conditioner BEFORE making sure

Does this happen with the scale closed up i.e. completely protected from the wind?

You also said in the OP "I have it set on very unstable environment" What exactly do you mean by that? i.e. the unstable environment?

Yes I have the scale closed up. I tried it in the garage, dinning room, and spare bedroom and no difference.

The unstable enviorment is the sensitivity setting on the scale. I tired all settings and none seemed to make a difference.

Sounds like you are at your wits end. Send it back to the dealer or call Sartorius. They have techs that are there to help you. You have a 2 year warranty.

Sounds like you have a bad scale unless your house is sitting on unstable ground, there is really little reason for the problem you are seeing. The only other recommendation I can give you is to perhaps physically move the scale to a different house in a different location i.e. a friend's house to see what it does. The idea is to have a completely different setting/power source.
