Encore 22-250 report

Got the Encore out yesterday evening at 400 yards...the groups were dog poo! I was shooting my reduced recoil loads because I have so many of them loaded so I'm not going to get disappointed yet. Does anyone have any load suggestions, starting points) for the Encore in 22-250?

Blacknwhite I am shooting Varget in my 22-250's under a 52gr Berger varmint/match that just kisses the rifling, lit with CCI Br primers in Winchester cases. Accuracy is outstanding. I got my starting load out of the newest Hornady manual. I took the max and min powder recommendation split the difference and voila. The load shoots .2s and .3s in a blueprinted 700 and .4s in a bone stock, except for a Rifle Basix trigger)700 VLS.

If you dont have a Hornady manual let me know and I will private message you the powder charges.

Definitely check the throat length. Nosler 55gr ballistic like to be jammed a bit or just short of the lands for me. 31.5 grains IMR 4895 with BR2 primers. Try either .015 jump or .015 jamb first. 400 yards is a tad too long for good kills though, IMO...350 yards is still effective.
