Empty powder cans

I cut the tops off and use them as pen/pencil holders or for those random l shaped Allen wrenches one accumulates over the years.

No, I’m asking will the containers fit in a grocery bag or does he have a pickup truck full. ie are the 4 containers or 50? ….and where are they….in case I need to adopt them.

I always save a few Hodgdon cans and a few Alliant cans. When I am lucky enough to find an 8lb jug of a desirable powder, I usually end out selling a few pounds to my buddies who are also having a hard time finding what they need. I almost always have empty cans that are properly labeled so that's not an issue.

I have some empty imr 1# jugs that i need to do somthin with because i have a container fetish and cant stand to throw them away so what are some things or uses other shooterz use them for?
Or do i need to have an intervention and have fellow shooterz help throw containers away?
I toss my empty 1 lb jugs.
I do save other larger plastic bottles - for used motor oil.
I also save cardboard boxes for future shipping use of "sold" brass, scopes, AR parts, actions, etc.
No intervention necessary .:)

Most of have some "quirks" but we have to overcome them or at least manage them. ;)

Just pitch them. I wouldn't want to use powder containers with the labels on for anything but the powder that it came in. Taking the labels off can be a pain.

I collect spent primers in them !

One empty 8lber in my truck for gas if i were to need it.

Since i can't see through them the rest are all garbage.

Whenever I give or lend powder to an acquaintance, I foist one off on them. I do foresee filling up the recycle bin in the near future though.

I know a few people that collect Beer cans and bottles. They have wall/walls lined with shelves full of them. Why not the powder cans......

I could use a IMR 4350 and a 2400, bullseye, herco and a unique as I need smaller containers Because the cans I have are 5 to 20 pounds. got any?
Instead of looking for specific cans, why not wrap the label with masking tape and relabel for what powder you put in them. I use 1 lb. Hodgdon bottles, relabel and put a label on the cap.

Yes! I would do that IF I had any other empty powder bottles, I will have to go to Walmart and get some small plastic bottles, ketchup squeeze bottle. thought may me he had some small one he would trade for a 5 pound 2400 can
