empty chamber flag

I am looking for an empty chamber flag to buy for a bolt action. Strangely enough midway and sinclair only has them for ar-15s. Where would one look to buy? Thanks.

The Boonie Packer is what I use in bolt guns. Also works well in the AR. Sticks out like a sore thumb and you can see the yellow across the line.

These can be ordered from the NRA or CMP. I prefer my Sinclair AR-15 safety block which fits like a magazine, but it will still allow a cartridge to remain in the chamber so I can't use it anymore.

Roll your own.
IBS uses colored nylon cable ties. You can buy a whole bag full at any hardware store. To make it more visible, tie something in the loop.

Get a few of the Boonie Packer. We actually sell them to members at my club, the Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol club.

They work in everything. I can even put them in a 22LR if I cut off a couple inches and stick it in a pencil sharpner.

Honest Dear, I don't know why the pencil sharpner doesn't work!!
