I am needing some advise. I am wanting to purchase an electronic reloading scale, does anyone have any suggestions on what has worked for them or recommendations.

I have a PACT digital scale with the infrared output and AC power. I couldn't imagine going back to reloading with a balance beam scale, particularly during load development. Mine has been 100% reliable, and when I re-calibrate it, I never see that it has shifted much at all.
It measures very accurately to .1 grain, and I can get repeatable results trickling with as little as 3 kernals of Varget, so the actual sensitivity is probably about .05 grains.
You do need to place it on a flat stable surface, preferrably where it will not be jarred by the forces applied to your press.
The PACT will work with PACT's own auto dispenser, which is also sold in an RCBS version. From what I hear/read, the new Lyman 1200 auto scale/dispenser is very slick, though somewhat awkward to clean up. I use my scale mostly to confirm loads thrown with a progressive so having an auto-dispenser wouldn't help much. However, when I load match rifle rounds, I do weigh every charge. There, the fast way to go would be to throw 90% of the charge manually and then have the autodispenser trickle up.
If you do get a PACT, shop around. I've seen prices vary by as much as $25, and definitely go with the AC powered version.

I would highly recommend this to anyone. I will never go back to a standard beam balance set up. Reason is that for accuracy and speed there is no comparison.
To give you an example, I'm just in the process of finishing load development for my 6mm/284. I had 50 rounds of 3 different powders that I wanted to try. All I needed to do was empty the powder in the hopper, punch in the weight of powder required and hit enter. After I had dropped the powder in the case, I just needed to place the pan on the scales under the powder drop tube and hit enter. That simple.
Accuracy is 1/10 grain. Its easy to set up, just need to wait 1/2 hour for the electronics to stabilise, then use the 20 gram weight,included) to calibrate and away you go.
Oh it took me about 1/2 hour to drop the powder in those cases.
By the way, the system of changing powder has to be seen to be believed. It is easy and no fuss no mess.
