Ejector Marks on Factory Loads

To me, at least, the Copper Creek stamped brass looks the worst. I suspect Copper Creek is loading a bit hotter and you 6.5 gasser doesn't get along with it at all. I would give them a call and see what they have to say. Of course, all this is supposing that the brass in your pic was all factory loaded and not your reloads.
No, these were all factory loads. I’m still leisurely working up my first batch of reloads ever, for one of my bolt guns. I haven’t even got my fancy powder thrower out of the box yet.

Another thing. The gas ports on damn near every brand of AR barrels is different. There is no real standard. Combinations of gas port diameters, gas system lengths, carrier weights, gas tubes, gas blocks, buffer weights/springs and calibers can make troubleshooting issues on large frame AR's a royal pain in the butt.
I agree, I think all those variables and the lack of standards made a steady business for Clint at heavy buffers and for several adjustable gas port sellers.

Most cartridge brass starts extruding into bolt face cutouts at 75,000 to 80,000 psi.

I've shot 7.62 NATO proof loads at that pressure level and then some that didn't have those ejector marks.

I'd have the rifle and ammo checked. Sending the rifleand that ammo back to its maker may be best. They'll inspect it and the ammo for defects. Call them.

Yeah, and Hornady 6.5 CM was notorious for blowing primers in the low 60s but none of these were blown. In fact neither rifle has ever blown a primer. I don’t buy that’s it’s high chamber pressure.
