Had a problem with my order, which turns out to be my Mistake.

Sent an contact e-mail to Edgewood, and received a call from them in about 20 minutes. WOW.............

Turns out it was my mistake, and not theirs.

They remedied my error in a 4 minute phone call.

This is Old School Customer Service, and to say the least, " I'm Impressed ".

Kudos to Edgewood ...................:):):):):):):):):):)

Man yeah ! I have a name and # number. Ive called and got a bag to my specifications several times.
I've gotten some freebies also !

Must be something about the bag suppliers, because I’ve received such incredible service from Josh at Protektor Bags, that I honestly can’t fathom ever going anywhere else to get a bag. Glad you had a great experience with Edgewood. Great customer service is so rare nowadays that when we do get it, we are customers forever and we want to stand on the mountaintop and tell everyone that will listen. I truly believe that most companies don’t understand the power of providing incredible service. Word of mouth advertising is free and it’s one of the most powerful assets any company has.
Honestly, I’d like to take a minute to thank a few people and companies that I’ve received exceptional service from. In no particular order: Speedy Gonzalez, Josh from Protektor Bags, Mark from Bartlein, Brett from BC’z, Primal Rights, K&M, the Berger team, Butch from Shadetree, Gina (GinaErik annealer) and several other great people on this site that have been so kind in sharing their knowledge with me.
Great customer service takes special people with patience and skills to cut red tape. Hats off to the people that run this site, as well as all the great folks on the site.
