That's Swat talk! it be similar to a throat punch. Usually ends up with big hole/surface splash or worse yet run off. He just wants to be different or perhaps just born that way. LOL Makes him sound like a expert to the young kids..

Where are all those dead deer coming from? That one looks like someone cut the head off. Also that dark coyote is kind of a pretty one -- minus the copious amounts of blood.

What's a run -off i'm sure you know, never heard of one.

Try it sometime , after studying coyote anatomy, you'll figure it out.Yes nonsense from the same old same old .
Well you must of slept in class. A coyotes hide is the thickest in chest as well as the neck and why you getting splatters with a light bullet as its too sensitive for the job. Frontal chest shots can be taken but you need a bullet that's not going to frag on impact. You use no such bullet and thus mixed results you are getting. The neck and chest also has the most muscle mass so you need a bullet that can get past the thick hide and dump all its energy inside that large mass of muscle. You don't have such thing. LOL
Other problem is your bullet cannot be used around rib-cage area as it will break apart soon as it hits bone, that's how useless it is. splatter/splash away...

I made one of my patented neck shots on this gopher this morning. I might have gotten a little body too, I’m not sure. I was an extremely difficult SWAT style shot at the extended range of 63 feet. I think he/she (I can’t tell the gender at this point) was trying to take the gopher in the next hole hostage.

That for sure looks like a patented shot.

Wait a minute, are you sure that bullet didn’t “splatter”?!

And then the Rock Chuck division of the Taliban decided to attack. I, of course, felt compelled to defend my position. I refer to this one as my “patented high neck shot.” 335 yards with my .177 Daisy Red Rider.
