If you mean me, I generally dont switch them. But if I do its after everything else.

I read on here somewhere by an accomplished shooter that he tested primers after finding a powder charge and seating depth that worked.. not sure if that’s the norm but works for me. If i find a different primer that improves accuracy I’ll test the powder and seating either side again to make sure it’s still in.
