E Mail reply notification of posts ?

Hi, I'm new to your website. How do I get an e-mail to replies to questions on the forum. I might post something and forget which thread to look in later for an answer to my question. Any help would be appreciated. TY

Go up to the control panel next to Welcome indianhead and click on it and then go down to Automatic Thread Subscription and click on it.....then pick the one you want and your done, and you will now get reply's to your posts......
