Are these covers made out of anti- Static material?

They’re made of Vinyl. Slick on the outside, soft on the inside. I haven’t had any static problems.

How about the Older Guy's with V-3 Units ???

No plans to make anything else at this time, but that’s not a definitive “no”, either.
The V3 appears to be about 1/2” taller than the V4, so the V4 cover will work, it just might not go all the way down to your table top, but it’ll be pretty close. Your trickler will not be covered.
