Dummy rounds for 30br

I ordered a savage replacement barrel in 30br from shilen. I am sending some dummy rounds which i assume are for making sure the neck size is compatible to the 30br Robinett 30 deg. .330

So I ordered the new brass and tools from K&M to expand the neck to 308 and turn the necks to .01.

After neckturning i am at .328 which makes sense right. However after seating some bullets i am at .324-.326.

Does this make sense?20180509_214042.jpg

Also, does the neck turning look like it is far enough into the shoulder?

either get a fully formed case from a friend or just have shilen go ahead and chamber it with the robinett zero FB .330nk. its the same that everybody else uses on a 30br and will work with any of the winning bullets. they dont need a dummy round its already been done enough times it needs no verification. you can work out your brass issues after you get the barrel. I couldnt form my cases without the barrel.
