Dummy Round Question 300WSM

Setting up a dummy round for smith to throat to. Plan on shooting 205 Elite Hunters and maybe some of the hybrids. I’m sitting about a 3.1” OAL. Have the bottom of bearing surface just above neck junction. Seem right??
