Drop change at altitude?

I'm using H335, which is not known for its temp stability, but I have used and verified the dope on this round from 40° to 100°+ and have a wide enough node for my vertical dispersion that I don't really notice much of a change in drop. Most every other powder with my bullet and chamber gives me compressed loads at -.020".

I use a 200m zero, as that's the closest I shoot. With the rainbow trajectory of the 6.8, I know there is some small change based on temp at my zero distance, but I have it well recorded. I have good dope, it's just nearly all my shooting is around the valley here at similar altitudes and atmospherics.

I do appreciate all the advice, I will put it to use!

thanks Doc for an informed answer.

I found the "transonic flutter" as many describe it to make a several moa rise from shooting at my home range (2400+/-foot above sea level) to a couple ranches I have permission to shoot at the 5000 feet+/- level past 1000 yards.
I now have a place to shoot where I can reach 2400 yards or a bit more. I have done better work since going to Brian's suggested zero of 100yds and clicking up.
So much to learn...

Just want to say thanks for all the info, I put it to use along with my current dope and everything worked pretty well!

Also got to put a face to the name, met up with forum member SWD at the match. I broke out of my bracket and now move up a class. This was my first time shooting this particular match and really enjoyed it!

Now I have another column added to my dope book for higher altitude.

Alex did a great job shooting and it a pleasure to meet you! Conditions were HOT and the winds mild for Palomino. I just HAD to shoot my new rifle that I hadn't wrung out yet and got my arse handed to me. It's all a learning expierence..
