I have a BRNO ZKM 611 that I want to mount a scope on. I see that most European rim fires have 11mm dovetails. Do I measure the dovetail width at the top of the grooves or down in the grooves?

Measure the top of the dovetail....the widest part.

Your going to have a hard time finding rings for that rifle. B square used to sell the lynx series rings for the BRNO 611. I have a extra set of those rings if your interested. I found the original BRNO mounts and replaced them. The lynx have been in storage for the past 10 years. $80.00 shipped.
