I have Norma 6.5-284 brass that have not been neck turned but have donuts, i.e. the bullet will not drop through the neck of fired brass. Have other people experienced this with unturned neck brass?

I have two methods for making do-nuts at the shoulder/neck juncture, others have a third method.
