Just to highlight Dolphin Gun Co.'s outstanding customer service.

I had an issues on my Dolphin F/TR rifle's forend. I sent an e-mail to Mik Maksimovic, Dolphin CEO, and in 4 days a new forend has been shipped from UK and received in Italy.

I'm not sure about oversea customers but in the U.K Mik sends the goods with an invoice before payment, the company service is as you say excellent. I ordered a F-OPEN stock off them and it arrived before the due date!!
One of my shooting buddies had a rifle re-barrelled by him, the barrel just would not group, a quick phone call to Mik and within 2 weeks he had a new barrel fitted with no quibbles and no cost.
It's that kind of service that will get you repeat orders.

Dolphin's reputation is really good. Top quality gunsmithing with quick delivery, excellent in-house design and manufacturing on stocks, bi-pods, spotting scope stands, barrel fluting, front-rests and more. Mik has three (or is it four?) CNC machines on site. They're just starting designing and making their own actions too.

And really, really good service from Mik and Tina. Great outfit. Of course, it helps that Mik is a competitor too - one of GB's top F-Class shooters.
